Class cancelations must made over 12hrs prior to the class start time will receive a 100% credit note for the session which must be redeemed within 30 days.

Cancellations made with less than 12hrs notice unfortunately are not eligible for any refunds or credit notes.

Yes you can, but there are a couple of restrictions.

If you'd like to reschedule/swap a class it must be done no later than 12hrs prior to the class start time.

For example, if you have a class booked two days in advance you're free to swap and reschedule as much as you like.  If however your class was about to begin in 6hrs time, unfortunately you won't be able to reschedule, and failure to show up will result in the loss of the session.

Our booking system is 100% online so you can reschedule, swap and cancel any time, day or night.

There are rare occasions when we may need to cancel a class.

In the event that a cancellation is unavoidable we'll notify you no later than 2hrs prior to the class start time, with every effort being made to give you as much notice as possible. 

If a cancelation occurs, your class will be credited back to your account.

Our meet up location is opposite 33 Marine Parade, Mount Maunganui.

If on the rare occasion we need to move the lesson due to conditions, we'll let you know with plenty of warning ahead of time.

No.  All equipment can be provided.  

If you've got your own wetsuit, great, bring that along with you, but if not don't worry as we have them in-house too.

And of course, surfboard hire is all inclusive in the lesson price.

If you can't make one of the classes that's fine, we totally understand, however it's worth noting that no credit notes or refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

We see the girls squad as a stepping stone for young girls to hone in their skills, and build up their confidence before progressing into the Mixed Academy.

The Academy is exclusively for young surfers of a certain level of competency where they'll be pushed a little harder, challenged a little more, with a deeper level of focus on technique and drills.

The other aspect that sets them apart is the Girls Squad will have in-water coaching throughout, whereas the Academy will be 100% land based coaching.
