RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING A CLASS
If you ever need to reschedule or cancel a class with us at any point it’s important that you understand how it works, the terms, and how to do it the right way to avoid forfeiting your class pass.
Below, it’s all covered in detail to get you up to speed.
CLASS RESCHEDULING
If you’re booked into a class and you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 36hrs before the class begins to avoid forfeiting your pass.
We need this time to try and fill the vacant spot.
Prior to this 36hr cut-off point, you’re free to reschedule, swap classes and all of that good stuff as much as you like.
HOW TO RESCHEDULE A CLASS
After you made your booking, you will have received an email like the one below.
To reschedule, click the Change/Cancel Appointment button.

That'll take you to the next step. From here, click on the Reschedule button.


Next step is to click on a new date and time, and click the Reschedule button.


And that's it, your class has been rescheduled and you'll be redirected to this page below, with the new class date locked in. You'll also get an automated email with the new confirmed class date.


CLASS CANCELATION
Class cancelations must be made no later than 48hrs before the class start time to avoid forfeiting the session. Cancellations made after this point unfortunately are not eligible for any refunds or credit notes.
Cancelations made prior to this point will receive a 100% credit note for the session. Please not that this credit note must be redeemed within 30 days.
HOW TO CANCEL A CLASS
After you made your booking, you will have received an email like the one below.
To reschedule, click the Change/Cancel Appointment button.



That will redirect you to the page below. From there, click Cancel.


That will activate the pop-up screen below, where you'll need to click the Yes, cancel appointment button.


And that's it. You'll get an automated email confirming the canceled class, and you'll be redirected to the page below to get booked into another session.
